Hi Guys,
I'm trying to buy a bench that goes incline/decline and flat, but i haven't got a lot of money so i'm trying to get the cheapest one i can find.
The thing is i'm not sure if this bench is a FID bench. Can anyone help me if they know?

Well, I want to gain more muscle and I came here to ask how…
First off, I’ll let you know my gym equipment…
I have 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, etc…pound dumbbells.
I have the boxflex power pro strength training system.
And that’s the only equipment I have to work with. And obviously I have my arms to do pushups and other exercises.
My question is, based on the info above, what is a good workout plan I can that involves those three things. Like, how much reps of a certain weight for the dumbbells should I do, how much pushups/crunches, etc… should I do a day, and how long should I spend time on the bowflex a day. I’m begging for some help, I’m desperate for some muscle. I mean I’m 5’10 and a half and only weigh 125 pounds, I NEED MUSCLE!!!

I'm pretty much decided on ordering the Total Gym XLS today. However, I'd like to do some comparisons first to similar equipment from other companies. Right now we have a bench w/free weights, treadmill, elliptical, and other smaller equipment. We are a military family, and don't think our next destination coming up soon will be able to house everything we have. So, we'd like to get rid of a lot of things, and downsize to only a treadmill, and an all-in-one type of strength training system.
Do you all know of any others I should take a look at? Are there any you would suggest? Thanks.
